Jay Turner will present on the final
regulation regarding service provider fee disclosures under
Section
408(b)(2) of ERISA at the February 21,
2012 meeting of the Alabama Profit Sharing/401(k) Council.
Jay
will walk us through the regulation,
highlighting the information “covered service providers” are
required
to provide to “responsible plan
fiduciaries” and noting the changes from the prior “interim
final”
regulation. He will also describe how
responsible plan fiduciaries can effectively interpret the
disclosures
and communicate them to plan
participants.
Jay Turner is an attorney with the law
firm of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. Jay has devoted
his
